Spokane Heights' Admissions Process
As a part of the Royal Life Centers addiction treatment network, Spokane Heights is one of our 8 facility locations offering the highest quality rehab services in the US. Our team in Spokane, Washington is made up of highly qualified medical professionals and counselors who specialize in a full continuum of care for individuals in the early stages of recovery from substance use disorder. Guests who start treatment with medical detoxification and residential inpatient at Spokane Heights are welcome to transition into our outpatient treatment center, Cascade Heights, located less than 15 minutes away in Mead, Washington.
By doing this, our guests gain access to top-notch medical and therapeutic resources in their efforts to overcome addiction. Our team includes therapists, case managers, and other dedicated addiction treatment professionals, providing each guest with non-stop support to achieve their recovery goals.

Pre-assessment
Next, our admissions team will collaborate with you to perform a pre-assessment evaluation.
During the phone call with admissions, you’ll answer a series of pre-screening questions. Based on your responses, our staff will create a file on your treatment needs. You’ll then discuss your mental state and any medical conditions with them while exploring payment options such as insurance or self-pay.

Level of Care
After, you will receive assistance in selecting the level of care to best meet your needs and goals.
As we gain a comprehensive understanding of your clinical needs, we will provide guidance in determining which facility will help you achieve your goals for recovery. Our addiction specialists will guide you through the process, and our admissions team will be on hand to review every detail of your file and answer all of your questions.

Schedule Your Admission
Then, our admissions team will work with you to coordinate a date and time to admit into treatment.
Upon reviewing your treatment plan outline, our admissions team will collaborate with you to select an admission date that works for you. Afterward, we will schedule your admission date and arrival time, providing assistance as needed.

A final step in the admissions process is to enter treatment at Royal Life Centers to start your recovery journey.
At our facilities, compassionate staff will guide you through treatment upon arrival. Once settled in, a medical team member will conduct a final evaluation. And, if you’re up for it, we’d be happy to give you a tour of Spokane Heights!

Medical Detox
Our detox program employs FDA-approved medications to treat any withdrawal symptoms. As our doctors bring your body back to equilibrium, you'll receive individual and group counseling services to establish a foundation for personal growth.
Residential Inpatient
In our inpatient program, we'll help you identify the root causes of your substance abuse and challenge the unhealthy beliefs holding you back. As you participate in therapy, our program limits distractions to help you focus on healing your mind, body, and spirit.
Aftercare
Our aftercare program, offered at our facility in Mead, WA, offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient in a 12-week aftercare program. These two step-down levels of care provide ongoing support and prepare you for life in recovery after treatment.
Outpatient
Guests can also receive outpatient care at out facility in Mead, WA. Our outpatient program (OP) provides the support guest's as they continue to build upon the skills from our higher levels of care and develop a sustainable, long-term recovery maintenance plan.
